CARE’s Emergency Response for Drought Affected Households in Northern Afghanistan (OFDA) Project has planned to assist 4,100 households in two Provinces (Balkh and Samangan) in Northern Afghanistan. This baseline study was conducted to establish baseline values for indicators of intended outcomes and collect information about the target group prior to intervention.
